Nashville, which has been booming for at least five years, has now officially become the largest city in Tennessee and the 24th largest city in the US. We recently surpassed Memphis in population, with no sign of slowing down.
While living in a boomtown with a sky full of construction cranes is exciting, it brings some woes that will need to be addressed (looking at you, Tennessee Department of Transportation).
As an artist, I will say that new hotel construction is good for my business. I’m negotiating to sell photographs to the interior designers for least one new hotel in Nashville (and other cities as well).
