I’ve been using Palo Duro Softgloss Rag photo paper routinely for a while. How is it performing?
I recently had the opportunity to print two large client prints on Red River’s Palo Duro SoftGloss Rag. I thought it might be a perfect opportunity to demonstrate how the paper looks and performs in a large size.
The paper is offered by Dallas-based paper company Red River, but I’m not sure who manufactures it. However in my initial testing, I found it extremely close in look and performance to Canson Infinity’s Platine Fibre Rag.
Can this American paper hold up to the stellar reputations of the legacy European mills?
