From my Walking Old Graveyards YouTube channel, a quiet walk around a very historic graveyard, established in 1767 in Upstate New York
As fans of my work already know, I’m a photographer with a strong interest in history, and I enjoy visiting historic cemeteries.
In this video, we stroll around one of the most beautiful cemeteries I’ve ever seen. Established in 1767 near the site is of the old Fort Herkimer, which was built to help protect local settlers against attacks from the French and indigenous natives.
As with all my cemetery videos, there is no narration, just the experience of walking around and reading the gravestones to the ambient sounds of the place.
