Black and white photographs of sunflowers by Keith Dotson
I visited this lovely field of sunflowers with their heads bowed in the early morning, waiting for the sun to rise to perk them up for the day.
These are not vivid, colorful sunflowers in the style of Van Gogh. These are quiet, sleepy, sometimes even over-the-hill flowers that are losing their petals. But whether they’re new blooms, not even opened yet, or withering, these are all still so gorgeous.
