In this short video, we visit Harrison Brothers Hardware in downtown Huntsville, Alabama

I was in the city doing some photography but there’s no photography in this video — just a quick walk around the inside pf the store, with it’s creaky old wood floors.

The historical marker says Harrison Brothers is the oldest operating hardware store in Alabama, founded in 1879, and in this building since 1897.

They remodeled after a fire in 1901, and that’s the last time any real alterations were made.
