Texas Monthly dredged up an old photo I shot in Houston back in the early 80s, for an article about the Montrose / Westheimer neighborhood, back when it was “colorful.” I have fond memories of the interesting people I met in Houston of the early 80s, when I was studying art there. It was a great time to be in Houston.

These 1980s Houston images were originally housed on my now-closed flickr account, so I’m including them below.
