Thank you to Illinois radio station 100.9 The Eagle for featuring my YouTube video about the old Shawneetown Bank. I had a lot of fun visiting the oldest bank building in the state of Illinois and researching its history.
A classic rock station in the Illinois/Missouri/Iowa tri-state area recently featured my video and on their website. Published by DJ Doc Holliday, the station focused on the history of the historic Shawneetown Bank, which is the oldest purpose-built bank building standing in the state of Illinois.
