Los Hidos Dormidos, a translation into Spanish of the French novel by Anthony Passeron features photograph by Keith Dotson
I finally received a copy of Los Hidos Dormidos, translated from French to Spanish and released late in 2023 by Barcelona-based publisher Libros del Asteroide. Written by French novelist Anthony Passeron, the original title was Les Enfants Endormis (The Sleeping Children).
I was approached earlier in 2023 by an editor at Libros del Asteroide seeking permission to license my leaf photograph for the book. It was my second European book cover, following a 2020 translation of Canadian author Anne Carson’s The Autobiography of Red into French. That cover also featured a leaf!
