Sharing Black and White Prints of Edisto Island Beach on Baryta Paper

Hello friends: I just wanted to share these snap shots of two prints I’m shipping tomorrow to South Carolina.

They’re 12 x 18-inches, printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta paper. I shot these dead trees on the beach at Edisto Island near Charleston on a blazing hot day in late summer 2020.

One cool thing about this beach — aside from the tree skeletons on the beach — is that sea shells are protected, and there’s a ton of them scattered all over the beach. See the snapshots at the bottom of this blog post.

Sea shells on this beach are protected, so they are everywhere, even on the roots and branches of the tree skeletons.
