Join fine art photographer Keith Dotson in admiring the mosaic tile floors left behind after old buildings are demolished
One of the things I encounter often when photographing architecture and ruins in America’s small towns are the leftover mosaic tile floors of demolished buildings. Finding these along the sidewalk, grass encroaching on all sides and through cracks in the middle, I’m reminded of those beautiful Roman mosaics that are still being uncovered in Europe.
Be sure to watch the short video to hear the rest of my thoughts on these abandoned decorative tile floors.
